Communication email address change request
Since the system sends commands via the communication email to change passwords, for security reasons, please follow these steps.
To submit a change email request for a communications email address, the support needs to upload the following documents to this interface.
- ID card or passport copy.
- a copy of a home address card or a public utility invoice issued no later than 30 days for the name and address given in OurOffset.com. The latter can be water, electricity, gas, and a line telephone bill.
